Meet the Staff

2008 Rocky Mountain Barista Championships were held last the last weekend in February, in lovely Thornton, Colorado. We had 2 baristas participate, Thai Patton and Chris Weed. In a 15 minute timespan, baristas were asked to serve 4 espressos, 4 cappuccios and 4 "signature beverages."

Thai's signature beverage :Fennel infused Macchiato.

Perfectly Thai!

Chris' signature beverage: A Car Bomb made with Root Beer from our neighbors at The Mountain Sun, and a shot of espresso, of course! Perfecty Chris Weed!
